Loved visiting this church on vacation! Beautiful facility, creative and talented worship team, and the message from the pastor was on point! Will be visiting again next time we are in that area.
Visiting this church from out of town and I’ve got to say I love this church. They had great access for first time visitors. The children’s ministry was great, our four-year-old came out with a lesson bag and told us what the message was. The worship was very strong. The pastor preached a strong message from the Bible with great life application. If I lived in the area I would attend this church. Check it out.
There are problems within the church that are never addressed and members that serve are ran into the ground because they want to serve God and are taken advantage of so the church can grow in numbers to open more churches. It’s called church competition of who can have the most churches. People put their heart and soul into serving are dispensed at the drop of a hat and kicked out of leading groups and fired if they are not one of the church favorites and in the cliche. The church has a fantasy football gambling group and a secret society coin brothers group where only the elite of men can have a coin which is basically the form of an idol to hold onto. This is wrong on so many levels. People lead groups that are not qualified just because of favoritism. The church is thriving for a nice hangout and to receive the word of God. Destiny is certainly an alive church that God is moving in but it also has its issues as any church will.
When we are in town visiting our in-laws, we will join them for service on Sundays. We are always so warmly welcomed and the church is gorgeous! Pastor Wayne dedicated our infant son and it was such a beautiful experience. We’re very thankful for the messages we receive and the company we are in. 10/10 recommend
We loved Destiny Worship Center. The people were friendly, the parking staff were very helpful, and the young preacher brought an excellent message in their G.R.I.T. series. He was easy to understand, straight and to the point, straight from the word of God.
I was visiting Sandestin this weekend. I looked up a random church to visit an Easter Service. I chose Destiny after reviewing a list on Google. Let me tell you, I was not prepared for what I experienced. The praise and worship team were amazing. The decorating team had a vision close to Heaven. The media/audio visual was the Best I’ve even seen. Last but not least, the Greek (silver hair) pastor was a communicator for the masses who explained based on facts the death/gift of Jesus! If I lived here I would go to church here and most likely work here. They have a vision that I’ve never seen!!! I am speechless! ❤️

Alexander - Destiny is not a mega church - it is a Church with a few campuses - and it is quite obvious that you are a tourist who has no idea about this wonderful Church. Pastor Steve and his ENTIRE family put their hearts and souls into Destiny. I have been visiting Destiny for almost 10 years and it is wonderful. Every “Local” there is extremely friendly and I have met a few nice tourists who are blown away with the Church and envy that I can attend Destiny in person every weekend. The music is always great and every week the message is strong and directly from the Bible. I have a t shirt that reads I <3 My Church and I can honestly say I really do LOVE My Church. God Bless!
